The story of Neda has been circulated widely across the internet for sometime now and several doctors, surgeons, and even gunshot victims have come forward and explained a &#39;burning sensation&#39; when the nerves are ripped/destroyed by a bullet wound.<br /><br />Such an experience can be reproduced when pulling a muscle or hyper extending one&#39;s arm. I do not believe it was Neda ascending into an inferno, but rather the sensation of fire was simply her nervous system telling her, &quot;Hey, I think we&#39;ve been shot&quot;.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
